Alison Johnson received $200 for second place and third place finisher Steven Little received $100. Fifteen contestants performed Tuesday night and our judges eliminated enough to reduce the field to ten for Wednesday night's performances. Wednesday night the field was be reduced again to five finalists who performed at the finale Thursday night. Thursday night, the audience of thousands helped select the winner of Macon A Star at historic Luther Williams Field. More information and photos coming soon!

The ten semi-finalists were: Amber Amerson, April Montgomery*, Chay Aycock*, Owen Roberts, Steven Little*, Bobby Siska, Dale Thomas, Dana Jefferson, Alison Johnson*, and Nikki Cross*. The five finalists are shown above with asterisks. With such a field of talent, the judges' decisions were VERY difficult.

Proceeds from the Fair benefit local charities; since 1942 the Fair has returned over $5.3 million to the community through its owner and operator, the Exchange Club of Macon. Read more about the community benefits of the Georgia STATE FAIR. Our Fair is “Macon Fun for Local Charities!”
